Welcome to ModelVia. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ModelVia website, developer console, API gateway, billing tools, and related services.
1. Service Description
ModelVia provides a platform for testing and calling AI models through one API. The platform may include model routing, API key management, usage tracking, billing credits, request logs, and developer documentation. The platform may provide access to third-party image and video generation models. You are responsible for how you use those capabilities.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account, API keys, and credentials secure. Activity performed with your account or API keys may be attributed to your organization. You must promptly revoke exposed API keys and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. API Usage
You agree to use ModelVia lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to abuse model providers, bypass limits, attack infrastructure, violate applicable law, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.
You may not use ModelVia to generate, request, store, distribute, or facilitate pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content, including through AI-generated images, videos, or text. You may not use ModelVia for sexually suggestive or adult-oriented generation, face-swap or deepfake tools, or marketing that promises "uncensored," "unfiltered," or "NSFW" output.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The following rules apply to everyone who uses ModelVia, including website visitors, console users, and API customers. Because our platform can enable image and video generation, we enforce strict content rules to protect users, providers, payment partners, and the public.
4.1 Prohibited content and uses
You may not use ModelVia, directly or indirectly, to create, request, store, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
(a) Adult, sexual, or NSFW content — Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material of any kind, including AI-generated images, videos, audio, or text; content that is not safe for work (NSFW), including nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, or content intended to arouse; sexually suggestive, provocative, or borderline adult content; services, prompts, workflows, or marketing positioned as "uncensored," "unfiltered," "no filter," "18+," "NSFW," or similar.
(b) Exploitation and harm — Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors; non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, or sexual content involving identifiable persons without their consent; human trafficking, exploitation, or harassment.
(c) Face manipulation and deception — Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools or outputs intended to impersonate, defraud, or mislead; synthetic media presented as real recordings of real people without clear disclosure and lawful basis.
(d) Violence, hate, and illegal activity — Content promoting terrorism, credible threats, or serious physical harm; hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups; illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services where prohibited by law; content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
(e) Platform abuse — Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation, rate limits, or billing controls; automated or high-volume generation intended to produce prohibited content; reselling or sublicensing ModelVia access to enable prohibited use cases.
4.2 Image and video generation
If you use ModelVia image or video generation APIs, you must submit only prompts and inputs you have the right to use, use outputs only for lawful purposes consistent with this policy, and not use ModelVia to build or operate products whose primary purpose is adult content, face manipulation, or other prohibited categories above. We may block, reject, queue for review, or fail requests that appear likely to produce prohibited content, regardless of whether generation completes.
4.3 Marketing and public content
You may not use ModelVia branding, documentation, galleries, demos, or showcase pages to display or advertise prohibited content. Public examples must be suitable for a general professional audience.
4.4 Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations using request metadata, billing records, abuse reports, and automated or manual review. We may warn you, throttle or suspend API keys, suspend organizations, terminate access, withhold or reverse credits, and report serious violations to law enforcement or partners where required. Violations may also result in loss of refund eligibility under our Refund Policy. To report abuse, email support@modelvia.ai with relevant request IDs, timestamps, and a description of the concern.
5. Credits and Billing
ModelVia may charge usage credits for API requests based on model, provider, billing unit, and route configuration. Credit balances, ledgers, and order records are maintained for billing transparency. Prices and supported models may change as provider availability and cost change.
6. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but model providers, routing, network conditions, and maintenance can affect availability. We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, users, providers, or legal compliance.
7. Data and Logs
ModelVia stores operational and billing summaries for requests. Users should not rely on ModelVia as the system of record for prompts, generated assets, or application data unless a separate product feature explicitly provides that storage.
8. Intellectual Property
ModelVia owns the website, console, platform software, brand, and documentation. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and for how you use model outputs.
9. Refunds
Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, credit usage, fraud review, policy violations, and applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of ModelVia after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
