ModelVia ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI model gateway, developer console, billing tools, and related services for calling text, image, and video models through one API.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication records, organization membership, and support messages. We collect billing information required to process credit purchases through our payment provider. We also collect API platform records such as API key metadata, project metadata, request timestamps, model identifiers, usage summaries, billing units, HTTP status, latency, and error summaries.
We do not intentionally store full model prompts, full model responses, or provider secrets in the frontend. Request logging is designed to keep operational and billing summaries rather than complete request payloads.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide the developer console, route API requests, enforce limits, calculate usage credits, maintain billing history, troubleshoot failed requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle or another payment processor we configure. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment details according to their own policies.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, session storage, and analytics tools to keep users signed in, measure product usage, understand conversion, and improve the website and console experience.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate ModelVia, including authentication, hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, customer support, and model provider infrastructure when required to fulfill API requests.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, billing, and API platform data. API keys should be stored securely by users. Full user API keys are intended to be shown only at creation time.
7. Data Retention
We retain account, billing, ledger, audit, and request summary records as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain platform integrity.
8. Children's Privacy
ModelVia is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable channels.
